Frequently Asked Questions
What if it is my first time using your cleaning service and I would like the standard cleaning service? You may choose whichever cleaning service you like. We only recommend a deep cleaning for first time clients especially if regular cleaning service is desired. Also if you have a specific service you would like done, we do those as well. Please note a minimum service fee is included with specific services.
Is laundry services included? No. At least personal laundry/ clothes are not included. Yes to linen at no extra cost with deep cleaning service. Linen includes pillow cases and sheets. Laundry detergent must be included.
Is there anything I need to do before cleaners arrive to my property? We do ask that personal belongings and/ clothes are picked up before we arrive. By doing so it speeds up the cleaning process. It also ensures that your personal belongings are not moved somewhere you might lose them.
Do i have to provide cleaning supplies? No. Our cleaners provide non-toxic cleaning products. Clients also have the choice of common everyday cleaning products upon request.
What if im not satisfied with cleaning service? to ensure quality, we train our cleaners to focus well on detail and know the needs/wants of our clients. We also encourage clients to check out our cleaning service checklist and services we do not offer to assure all needs are meet. Once service is completed for residential clients a check list is left behing with services checked off and initialed by the cleaner who performed service. So if a checklist is not left behind, service is not checked off and initialed by cleaner your next cleaning is free. If a service is not performed we will gladly return to complete task.
